Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Architecture Lead who can operate at the intersection of enterprise architecture, cloud data engineering, and business transformation. This is not a pure Enterprise Architect role and not a hands-on Data Engineer role. The ideal candidate will bridge technical architecture with business needs, driving scalable enterprise data solutions while influencing senior stakeholders across the organization.
This role is highly client-facing and requires strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Data & Information Architecture
• Design and define enterprise-wide data architecture strategies and scalable information models.
• Develop logical and physical data models aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Architect reusable data products, scalable data consumption layers, schemas, views, and enterprise datasets.
• Define best practices for data provisioning, integration, and enterprise data management.
• Ensure architecture standards support scalability, performance, governance, and long-term maintainability.
Cloud Data Platform Architecture
• Lead architecture and solution design initiatives on cloud data platforms, with strong focus on Snowflake.
• Design and optimize:
o enterprise datasets
o data transformations
o views
o performance tuning strategies
o scalable consumption models
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment and implementation feasibility.
Data Quality & Governance
• Define and support enterprise data quality and governance frameworks.
• Drive initiatives related to:
o data governance
o master data management
o rule engines
o issue remediation workflows
o data quality monitoring
• Work closely with governance and business teams to improve data reliability and consistency.
• Experience with Ataccama is highly preferred.
• Alternative experience with Informatica DQ, Collibra, Talend DQ, or Informatica MDM is also acceptable.
Enterprise Integration & Connectivity
• Design enterprise integration strategies across business-critical systems.
• Work with SAP data structures, APIs, and enterprise data pipelines.
• Understand and model cross-system relationships and master data flows.
• Support integrations across S/4HANA, supply chain platforms, and enterprise operational systems.
Stakeholder Leadership & Business Translation
• Lead architecture discussions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly recommendations.
• Influence senior leadership and challenge design decisions where appropriate.
• Coordinate across architecture, engineering, business, and delivery teams.
• Drive alignment between enterprise strategy and technical execution.

• Strong experience in Enterprise Data Architecture / Information Architecture.
• Expertise in:

• Strong hands-on architectural experience with Snowflake.
• Deep understanding of:
o data modelling
o transformations
o enterprise datasets

o platform performance optimization
• Strong understanding of:

Preferred Skills
• Experience with data governance and data quality platforms such as:
