Adobe Technical Lead

We are seeking an Adobe Technical Lead to guide the design, implementation, and optimization of Adobe platforms, including Adobe Experience Cloud, Workfront, and Digital Asset Management (DAM). This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership in solution design, and close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. The Technical Lead will act as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned with organizational goals.

• 6+ years of experience in Adobe solutions, including Workfront, DAM, or AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
• Proven experience in leading technical projects and solution delivery.
• Strong background in integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  Nice to Have
• Experience with VVPM(Veeva Vault PromoMats), particularly in pharma or regulated industries.
• Prior experience in a leadership role overseeing cross-functional technical teams.

• Technical Leadership: Lead solution design, architecture, and implementation for Adobe Express, Workfront, DAM, and related integrations.
• Platform Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for Adobe platforms, providing guidance on best practices and system capabilities.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Integration Management: Oversee integrations between Adobe platforms and other enterprise systems.
• Issue Resolution: Provide escalation support for complex technical issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Innovation: Stay updated on Adobe product roadmaps and industry trends to recommend improvements.
• Documentation: Develop technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to teams.
