  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead with a focus on ServiceNow Analytics and Development.
  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model and platform architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • ServiceNow Reporting & Dashboards
    • Performance Analytics & Platform Analytics
    • Scripting, Configuration, and Integration
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet customer needs effectively.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Certifications-

  • Certified System Administrator
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
  • Certified Application Developer
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (Nice to have)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB & CSDM) (Nice to have)
