- Proven experience as a Technical Lead with a focus on ServiceNow Analytics and Development.
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model and platform architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- ServiceNow Reporting & Dashboards
- Performance Analytics & Platform Analytics
- Scripting, Configuration, and Integration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet customer needs effectively.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
