- 8+ years of software development experience with 5+ years on Pega Platform
- Strong hands-on experience in Pega Case Management, Decisioning, and Workflow Automation
- Expertise in Pega architecture, guardrails, data modeling, and rules design
- Experience in integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs) and enterprise system connectivity
- Proficient in performance tuning and optimization of Pega applications
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Good understanding of SQL, microservices, and Java-based applications
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and mentor junior members
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Pega Infinity platform
