  • 8+ years of software development experience with 5+ years on Pega Platform
  • Strong hands-on experience in Pega Case Management, Decisioning, and Workflow Automation
  • Expertise in Pega architecture, guardrails, data modeling, and rules design
  • Experience in integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs) and enterprise system connectivity
  • Proficient in performance tuning and optimization of Pega applications
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
  • Good understanding of SQL, microservices, and Java-based applications
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and mentor junior members

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Pega Infinity platform
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum and large-scale digital transformation programs
  • Experience in enterprise integrations and healthcare domain
