At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development (ideally on the HRSD module)
At least basic knowledge about ServiceNow administration
Excellence in implementing solutions based on technical solution design
Ability to support development lead in designing solutions and estimating work
At least basic experience in implementing reports using ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics
Experience in working with SCRUM teams in JIRA/Asana and ServiceNow tools
Familiarity with Team Development code repository pull/push mechanisms in ServiceNow
Ability to prepare technical documentation incl. Technical Design, Release Manuals
Excellence in cooperation with Test Lead and Testing Team, Business Analyst, External Technical Teams, Project Teams
Fluent English (written and spoken)
