About the role-
We are seeking a highly technical and hands-on professional to join our team as a Technical SME & Implementation Lead. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between high-level marketing architecture and operational execution, ensuring seamless alignment across systems and business goals.
Working closely with Architects and cross-functional teams, you will take end-to-end ownership of the configuration, implementation, and optimization of our marketing technology ecosystem. This includes platforms related to Social Media, Paid Media signals, and Conversational Messaging.
This is not a campaign management or content-focused role. Instead, you will focus on the technical backbone of our MarTech stack, including:
- API integrations and system connectivity
- Tracking infrastructure and data flow optimization
- Automation logic and workflow enablement
- Platform integrations across modern marketing technologies
Your expertise will play a key role in ensuring our teams fully leverage best-in-class capabilities of modern MarTech ecosystems, driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Implementation, Configuration & Integration
Own backend configuration of Sprinklr (Modern Care, Modern Research, Modern Marketing), including routing rules, AI-driven intent tagging, automation macros, and listening dashboards
Design and maintain omni-channel messaging architecture across WhatsApp Business API, SMS, and Viber
Build and optimize automated messaging flows, including failovers, keyword triggers, and real-time event-driven communication
Configure integrations between LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sprinklr, and CRM systems to enable seamless lead routing and identity resolution
Manage APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines across platforms
Implement and troubleshoot Server-Side Google Tag Manager, Meta Conversions API, and TikTok Events API
Subject Matter Expertise & Strategic Foresight
Act as the internal SME for Sprinklr, messaging platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Monitor product updates, roadmaps, and emerging capabilities
Lead technical proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for new features (AI, automation, conversational commerce)
Define cross-platform data orchestration and integration logic
Ensure all implementations comply with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and internal security standards
Execution Enablement & Platform Governance
Develop technical SOPs, configuration playbooks, and governance frameworks
Standardize naming conventions, rule engines, and webhook structures
Build system health dashboards to monitor delivery rates, API latency, and data integrity
Act as Tier-3 technical support for platform issues, API failures, and integration breakdowns
Required Expertise
Core Platforms
3+ years of hands-on experience with Sprinklr (Modern Care, Modern Marketing, Modern Research)
Experience building messaging workflows in platforms such as Infobip
Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API, SMS failover logic, and conversational flows
Experience integrating LinkedIn Sales Navigator with CRM and social platforms
Data & Tracking Architecture
Advanced expertise in Server-Side Google Tag Manager and data layer design
Strong JavaScript skills for custom tracking implementations
Hands-on experience with Meta Conversions API, Google Enhanced Conversions, and TikTok Events API
Experience building data pipelines using APIs, webhooks, and CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
Privacy, QA & AI
Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA and consent management platforms (e.g., OneTrust, Cookiebot)
Experience with debugging tools (Charles Proxy, OmniBug, Fiddler, pixel helpers)
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., conversational AI, intent classification, automation)
Professional Profile
5–8+ years in Technical Marketing Operations, MarTech Implementation, or Solutions Engineering
Strong “doer” mindset—hands-on configuration, problem-solving, and system optimization
Ability to translate architectural designs into working implementations
Comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
