At least Bachelor's Degree with coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems and Business Management or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of ITIL Service Operation processes, ITIL Foundation certification will be an advantage
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Experience in Change/Release Management area
• Experience in defining process and procedures
• Experience with ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow, Jira, GIT/SVN;/
• Basic Linux knowledge (handling files / folders, listing, mount points, etc.)
• Certificate handling: exchange, generation
• SQL basics
