Experience with OCM strategies and frameworks, but not afraid to ‘break the rules’ to be creative to meet ATSO needs.
Multiple years of experience in technical organizational change management topics, approaches, and monitoring.
Experience working on cross-functional program teams, understanding basic project management concepts and collaborating with project managers, program managers, product managers, and communications teams is important for this role.
Excellent communication skills at all levels of an organization. Including understanding software architect technical topics and translating to executive level understandings.
Exceptional empathy, storytelling, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience supporting technology implementations and process improvement projects is highly valuable.
