Job description:
We are currently looking for a UX/UI Designer, who will be responsible for:
- At least 3-years of experience.
- English proficiency level (C1).
- Knowledge of UCD process and HCI issues.
- Knowledge of UX Research methods.
- Knowledge of tools, best practices & user interfaces designing techniques.
- Preparing lo-fi mockups, clickable prototypes of functional of system components, cooperation with graphic designer.
- Usability tests - Ability to prepare scenarios, candidates’ selection, carrying out interviews and remote tests, preparing end reports.
- Skills to test users – conduct personal research, surveys.
- Practical ability and experience in preparing mobile applications interface, web solutions, reports etc. (min. 3 years).
- Experience in conducting usability evaluations.
- Excellent understanding of the design and usability principles.
- Knowledge in scope of user interfaces optimisation issues, as well as best practices how to create interfaces for various platforms (including mobile, web).
- Ability to work in dynamic, changing, international environment.
- Ability to estimate, plan and deliver tasks according to schedules.
- Preparing high level documentation and projects/ prototypes.
- Development of knowledge regarding UX within the organization, cooperation in implementing UCD process.
- Ability to work in few projects at the same time.
- Knowledge of ITIL and SCRUM methodologies.
- Ability to conduct user research sessions (both in-person and remote).
- Ability to synthesise research findings and prepare a list of actionable items.
- Experience in conducting usability evaluations.
- Very good practical knowledge of UX metrics.
- Creating lo-fi mockups and ability to sketch ideas on the fly.
- Experience in collaboration with dev teams and ability to communicate ideas and solutions.
- Ability to balance business requirements and development challenges.
- Ability to articulate design decisions to the project team and business representatives.
- Advanced knowledge of Axure / Adobe XD (used in organization).
- Experience with Sketch or Figma.com is acceptable (due to similarity to Adobe XD).
- Knowledge of a variety of workshop methods (e.g. Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Customer Journey Mapping).
- Ability to recommend workshop techniques for the current design challenges.
- Personal responsibility and independence.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a group.
- Ability to estimate, plan and deliver tasks according to schedules.
