Business Analyst

This Business Analyst role operates within a fast-paced, highly ambiguous, and continuously evolving environment. The role is focused on evaluating, developing, and deploying global technology solutions and process modifications to enable strategic visions. The ideal candidate is a curious self-starter, detail-oriented, organized, and a strong facilitator.

Requirements

-Experience: 5–7 years of experience as an IT business systems analyst working across various phases of project design, launch, and implementation.
-Methodology Knowledge: Solid understanding of application development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches, process modeling/re-engineering, and organizational change management (OCM).
-Analytical Capabilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. -Knowledge of SQL, data flows, and data integrity is highly desired.
-Tools: Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides and the Microsoft Office suite.
-Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts with clarity and simplicity.
-Domain Knowledge: Building/Campus construction project and systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

-Elicitation & Validation: Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, customers, and end-users. Conduct interviews, workshops, questionnaires, workflow storyboards, and use cases.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Developers, and UX Designers on scope, solutions, constraints, and risks. Collaborate with project sponsors to define project scope and vision.
-Documentation Excellence: Accountable for generating crisp, accurate specifications, including User Requirements, functional/technical specifications, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-Testing & Quality Assurance: Facilitate and support customers in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution. Demonstrate knowledge of current GxP requirements and documentation standards, with the ability to write Computer System Validation (CSV) documents and test protocols.
-Requirements Management: Track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; manage and communicate changes or modifications to stakeholders so that issues and solutions are transparently understood.
