Purpose and legal basis of processing Your personal data will be processed in order to conduct the current recruitment process, based on your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time. If you give separate consent, the data controller will process your personal data, also for purposes related to further recruitment. To fulfill such purposes, we will inform you about job offers at Billennium S.A. that may be interesting for you. We might provide you with a personal Microsoft 365 account and manage it, including ensuring its security and compliance with regulations. 4. Recipients of personal data The recipients of your personal data may be: • companies capitally or personally related with Billennium S.A, • service providers to Billennium S.A. including applications or IT services providers, data processing providers Your personal data may be transferred to a third country / international organization, and/or to Billennium`s clients or potential clients interested in candidate engagement. Transfers will be under an agreement that covers the European Commission-approved standard contractual clauses. 5. Data retention period Your data collected in the current recruitment process will be kept until the recruitment process is completed. In the case of your consent for using personal data for future recruitment, your data will be used for 24 months. Before the end of this time, we will ask for permission for further processing of your data. 6. Rights of data subjects You have the right to: 1. access your data and receive a copy of it 2. rectify (amend) your personal data; 3. limit the processing of personal data; 4. delete personal data; 5. file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office uodo.gov.pl 7. Information about the requirement to provide data Your data are provided voluntarily, but they must be disclosed for the recruitment process.
