Information on personal data processing 1. Data Controller The Data Controller of data processed as part of the recruitment process is Billennium S.A. with headquarters in Warsaw (00-043) ul. Tadeusza Czackiego 15/17; 2. Data Protection Officer Data Protection Officer at Billennium S.A. is Ewa Niesiołowska, she may be contacted via e-mail address: privacy@billennium.com or by post at the Company's address. 3. Purpose and legal basis of processing Your personal data will be processed in order to conduct the current recruitment process, the legal basis is the applicable legal regulations (particularly the Labour Code) and your consent expressed by sending the recruitment documents to the Data Controller. If you give separate consent, the data controller will process your personal data, also for purposes related to further recruitment. To fulfill such purposes, we will inform you about job offers at Billennium S.A. that may be interesting for you. We may use AI-based systems to support our recruitment processes. AI systems are not used to evaluate candidates or make automated decisions. Their task is only to facilitate the analysis of application documents and to identify relevant competencies. The legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the controller. We might provide you with a personal Microsoft 365 account and manage it, including ensuring its security and compliance with regulations. 4. Recipients of personal data The recipients of your personal data may be: companies capitally or personally related with Billennium S.A, service providers to Billennium S.A. including applications or IT services providers, data processing providers Your personal data may be transferred to a third country / international organization, and/or to Billennium`s clients or potential clients interested in candidate engagement. Transfers will be under an agreement that covers the European Commission-approved standard contractual clauses. 5. Data retention period Your data collected in the current recruitment process will be kept until the recruitment process is completed. In the case of your consent to use personal data for future recruitment, your data will be processed for 24 months. Before the end of this time, we will ask for permission for further processing of your data. 6. Rights of data subjects You have the right to: 1. access your data and receive a copy of it 2. rectify (amend) your personal data; 3. object to data processing based on our legitimate interest 4. limit the processing of personal data; 5. delete personal data; 6.. file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office uodo.gov.pl 7. Automated decision-making and profiling The controller does not make automated decisions about candidates and does not use profiling that has legal consequences or significantly affects the candidate. 8. Information about the requirement to provide data The provision of your personal data to the extent required by law is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Provision of other data is voluntary.
